Wanna Help Out?

As most of you can imagine, dealing with cancer is quite difficult for any family, who spend most of their time chasing back and forth between Albany Medical Center (Club AMC) to be with their child, work and home to care for other family members. Unfortunately it does not leave much time to deal with normal household duties, which mostly get put asside, and affect the time spend at work dealing with job and business.

During our ordeal in 2007, several of our friends, where a HUGE help in organizing a lists of people and ways they could help. We could NOT have done this without them. Since this year we are in a good place and Teagan is still in remission, we have made it our mission to help another family, who is now dealing with a sick child.

If are able too and would like to volunteer your services to our current honored family, please drop us a line using our Contact Us form. And we'll get you their info.

In the past we've received requests from people about wanting to make a donation towards the recovery or the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society... We have added an "Online Donation" button and set up a Special Team Teagan bank account at our bank to help with that.

  • How Volunteers have Helped Us:
    We've had people volunteer in a variety of ways, including;

    • Babysitting at our home in the evenings, so we can be at the hospital
    • Cooking a Meal for the family or to take to the hospital
    • Help with cleaning our home
    • Help with the laundry
    • Help with Yard Work
    • Taking other children for a Playdate

    Think about how you can help some family, ALL of these were a HUGE help and very appreciated.

  • Make an Online Donation to Team Teagan

    We have added a "PayPal Donation" button to the Team Teagan Members area, to allow people to do that easily.

  • Send a Donation to the Bank

    We have setup a "Team Teagan" fund at our bank, where we have been placing these gifts to use towards Teagans past expenses and our fund raising efforts for our new "Honored" familes.

A Trust Account in the name "Team Teagan" has been setup at the First Niagara Bank in Saratoga Springs.
